The Importance of water
The brain gets the most water as it is the most important organ in the body our skin receives the least amount of water which explains why some people have very dry skin. Most individuals loose 2.5 -3 litres a day. Any fluid does not hydrate the body some fluids such as soft drinks, certain teas and coffee act as a diuretic, the body does not hold onto that fluid. As soon as you feel thirsty you are already dehydrated.
