New Campaspe Connections Improve Walking and Cycling

A new shared foot bridge has transformed walking and cycling in Echuca.

Member for Northern Victoria Candy Broad and Shire of Campaspe Mayor Peter Williams were on hand for the April launch of the bridge, which spans theCampaspeRivernearEyre Streetlinking East andWest Echucaand key local destinations.

A partnership project between the Victorian Government and Campaspe Shire Council, the bridge received funding through the Department of Transport's TravelSmart and Local Area Access Program.
