Do you need a goal?
Now that winter has set in, you may be finding that you are lacking motivation
to get moving. Perhaps you need a goal or something to look forward to?
'Walk Around the G' is on June 18th and may provide the motivation to get going. There is a 5km Walk/Run and a 10km Walk/Run. Of course there are other non-event related goals you can look forward to as well. Perhaps your goal could be walking to a certain point along your local creek or river, and then walking back. Perhaps you could walk to a favourite cafe in another suburb and then walk back, you will probably be suprised how quick it is (and you won't have to stress about finding a car parking space!)
