City of Greater Bendigo - Bendigo Linear Park

One of Bendigo's key walking and cycling routes has been transformed following upgrades to four intersections along the Linear Park Trail.

Roads and Ports Minister Tim Pallas was in Bendigo to launch the revamped intersections during a Community Cabinet visit to the region in early June. The project involved upgrades to intersections at Baxter, Arnold, Knight and Plumridge Streets, with works including raised crossing points, signage and improved connectivity with existing infrastructure.

A partnership between the City of Greater Bendigo and the Victorian Government, the project received funding under the Department of Transport's TravelSmart and Local Area Access Program.
