Australian Physical Activity guidelines
The Australian Physical Activity Guidelines state you sholud participate in at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity for most, if not all, days of the week.
Think of movement as an opportunity, not an inconvenience.
Be active every day in as many ways as you can.
