How do I stop the daily email reminders?
If you find the daily emails annoying, it's easy to switch the option off yourself. Just login to WalkSmart and click on 'Edit my profile' - just below the welcome message. Scroll down to 'Pedometer options' then simply deselect the relevant box. Click on 'Save' down the bottom of the page and you're done!
Experts recommend walking 10,000 steps per day for maximum health
benefits, but any increase in daily activity will have you on your way to
better health and reduce the risk of many diseases.
