Pedometer counts are best entered daily; to get into a habit of walking daily
and keeping track of it. Experts recommend that you should ideally walk at
least 10,000 steps per day. With consistent pedometer usage, most people
achieve this after a few weeks. It is highly recommended for pedometer usage
that you keep a log book for days you don't have access to a computer, though
the system can adapt to you missing a day or two. It is very important
that you reset your pedometer as soon as you've entered or recorded a
reading.
